After spending an incredible week in Yosemite, the rising 11th graders returned to the classroom to focus on three important things: personal wellness, college admissions, and test preparation. In the photos above, students share their college research with each other as learning about what different colleges offer is the first step in putting together the list of schools they will apply to next year.

During the summer, the rising 10th graders spent two weeks on Hamilton's campus learning about their personal health and wellness. The class focused on the mind-body connection while discussing nutrition, stress management, and the importance of sleep. Students used the novel Gabi, Girl in Pieces, by Isabel Quintero, as a way to examine setting healthy boundaries in all relationships, coping mechanisms, identifying emotions, and so much more.
